Softag Immuno-affinity Resin
NeoClone’s Softag products are immuno-affinity resins useful for various purification applications. The resins may be used to purify RNA polymerase (RNAP) or they may be used in recombinant protein purification procedures.
Softag 1 and 4 may be used to purify RNAP from prokaryotic sources. Holo enzyme and purified RNAP may be obtained by using Softag1 or 4 respectively. Additionally, Softag 1 and 3 may be used in recombinant purification techniques. Purification of recombinant proteins using Softag products and techniques produces highly purified proteins as compared to using other purification tags.
